Beans were delivered day after the order which was a massive surprise. Amount of information about the sourcing process and origin of the beans is amazing. But the coffee itself tops everything. The Fazenda Progresso Brazil beans are delicious and each cup is a pleasure to drink. It's also easy to dial in as it produces very consistent shots. My new favourite roasters. Thanks
