In the region surrounding the washing station, each farm averages just 2.5 hectares, cultivating its coffee in lush, semi-forested systems. This unique approach results in fewer trees per hectare but a rich, organic yield that's truly special.
When the fully organic cherry reaches Dambi Uddo, it’s separated by sub-kebele, ensuring the very highest of quality.
